Sabertooth 2 x 12 dip switch settings

Is there any chance you could give me some information on how to set dip switch’s to make this speed control run the same as the U-Tube video mine only will go forward & reverse I’m using a 5 Channel Aero Sport by Sanwa 2.4GHz spread Spectrum transmitter Any suggestion would be very helpful and thank you
