RV slide out controller replacement

I’m trying to find a cost effective way to replace a slide out motor controller on an RV (3 in fact). I figure there must be a simple solution but cant find my answer on the web.

The controller needs to have adjustable limits as the slides vary in length (motor run time) and also need to be reversible (in-out operation). The motor is 12vdc at 40a max load. can you help? does such a component even exist?

I’m not sure if this would work for your application but you could use a limit switch?
