Ruby component not working

With my initial attempt to use the Ruby component I get this error,

Any idea why?

This is a rather unusual response from the Ruby module. We have attached an example of the expected response with a sample project.
It seems your Ruby environment might not be functioning properly. Please let us know if our project file gives the same result.

Just found this reply.

I have tried this project and get the same error.

Any suggestions?

Hi Rupert,

It seems your installation of FlowBotics Studio is unable to locate its Ruby folder or some of the files inside it.

Please check the installation folder of FlowBotics and ensure there is a folder named “ruby” inside it.
The default installation path is %PROGRAMFILES(X86)%\RobotShop\FlowBotics.

The ruby folder was there but missing the subfolder i386 and two libraries dl.so strscan.so, for some reason.

I reinstated them with the zip file you sent and it is working now, thanks.
