RPM Imbalance & QN Trim Response

I have a V-Tail 400 & Quadrino Nano controller. At minimum idle LR motor is turning faster then the others. When I adjust the trim to lower the LR RPM the imbalance shifts as if the QN was attempting a response. This test is done at rest with the QN USB tethered to my PC. Attached are the snaps showing the RPM response to neutral and then max trim. TY in advance – Bob G.


You will never be able to achieve a perfectly balanced motor output with a MultiWii flight controller while it is supported on a table.
The controller will always react to the environment and try to compensate with its PID settings. Since the reactions taken by the controller make no changes, it will always keep trying to compensate.

This is a normal behavior of MultiWii and should not be taken as a problem. You can read more about it HERE.
