I have a Roomba650 and I recently purchased the RooWifi from your store.

Neither my iPhone7 nor my Macbook Air are able to locate the ROOMBA_WR wifi so I can’t do anything with the RooWifi

I installed the RooWifi App on my iPhone7. When I try switching it on, the app shuts down and I get thrown back to the main screen
Please advise on what I need to do and on how I could return the item in case we don’t find a solution.
