RooWifi

Hi,

I have a Roomba650 and I recently purchased the RooWifi from your store.

  1. Neither my iPhone7 nor my Macbook Air are able to locate the ROOMBA_WR wifi so I can’t do anything with the RooWifi

  2. I installed the RooWifi App on my iPhone7. When I try switching it on, the app shuts down and I get thrown back to the main screen

Please advise on what I need to do and on how I could return the item in case we don’t find a solution.

I had already downloaded the suggested manual before contacting you.

On page 9 of the manual, Step 2 indicates that I need to find the wifi network ROOMBA WR.

This is exactly the reason why I am writing to you: I cannot find this wifi network with my iPhone or laptop and therefore, I cannot configure RooWifi
