Roomba Scheduler only runs for about a minute then stops

Greetings and Salutations all.

I have a couple of Roomba Schedulers. “Master” and “Blaster”. Master works just fine and even docks to charge. Blaster isn’t so bright. I have covered it’s edge sensors because it was convinced my house is full of stairs and drop-offs. The house is one story. It can’t find its dock to save its (battery) life.

Now, all of a sudden, Blaster will run for about a minute then stop and beep sadly. It will do this is max, clean, or spot.

It doesn’t matter which of the two batteries I use in it, it does the same thing. Master works fine with either battery.

Today, I was cleaning the pair out and accidentally swapped the tail-end dirt receptacles. Master started only working for a minute then stopping. Blaster works with Master’s bin attached.

What is in the bin that can cause my Roombas to only run for a minute?? I thought they were just a plastic receptacle since there don’t seem to be any electronic connections between it and the main body.

Thanks for any tips,
