I have a series 400 Roomba and it has stopped beeping. When I turn it on it doesn’t beep. It has also started going a little bit, jerking and then stopping. The cleaning light flashes but since it’s not beeping I don’t know how many beeps to try to diagnose it. Any ideas how to get her beeping again?
It appears that your robots speaker is defective. You can fix this problem by replacing your robots speaker.
We have a replacement manual available to help you replace the speaker yourself.
You will then be able to hear your robot beep and determine what the actual problem is. In the meantime, we suggest that you clean your robot with compressed air. Especially in the wheels and under the front bumper. It may be dirty sensors that are causing the robot to jerk and stop.
