Our Roomba is fully charged (according to our app) but the green light doesn’t stay on at the home base and when we start the Romba is cleans for one minute and returns home. Help?! Our Roomba is less than 6 months old.
Sorry to hear about your Roomba. There should be few help online about Roomba’s cleaning errors. May I ask which type of Roomba you have?
@StaceyJacquez, It seems that there is an issue with the battery or the of the Roomba itself.
Did you buy the robot with RobotShop? If yes, please contact us trough our domestic robots support center.

We bought our Roomba through Bed Bath and Beyond - shoudnt there still be a warranty… its not even 6 months old?
