Roomba Discovery SE 4220 will not go forward

Yesterday, my Roomba vacuuming robot started doing spins after trying to go forward a couple inches and stops. It then backs up a couple of inches, stops and spins around a couple of times counterclockwise. Stops and trys to move forward again just inches, stops and spins clockwise. It keeps repeating this pattern. Tried cleaning the 4 cliff sensors but it did not help. Any suggestions, as I was thinking of replacing the cliff sensors with the part you sell.

Hi, we suggest you to replace the wheels modules. Did you buy the robot with RobotShop? If yes, please contact us trough our support center and select the domestic as the department.
