Roomba discovery always goes back HELP!

Hi,

my roomba discovery only goes back after touching an obstacle.
Why?Sensor problem?
I have posted an video.

There is no sensor to prevent the hit of obstacles in the Roomba. It will slow down a bit before touching or entering into contact with an obstacle. We cannot see the video you have posted.

I try to explain myself better. My roomba discovery has a problem going back until it crashes against an obstacle. The reverse gear once inserted does not lock. They may be wheel diodes or a board problem
