my roomba 880 is always raising one side up when it gets under the couch. it has more than enough clearance. but it jacks up one wheel and gets stuck. it is always on hardwood floors. what can i do to resolve this issue. i did not purchase this unit to babysit it… i bought the best unit based on its so called capabilities. I’m am at the end of my rope. i clean it on a bi-daily basis.

Is there anything that makes your Roomba raise one side up? It shouldn’t raise up by itself. It could be something on the floor or the couch applying pressure on the top of your robot, but the robot shouldn’t jacks up one wheel by itself,
Can you verify if there’s anything under your couch that can create this? Does this problem repeat itself anywhere in your house other than under your couch?
it keeps saying check right wheel. it gets stuck in the living room in several different places.corner of end tables. it always gives the same message. i will start taking a log with pics of different places of the living room. it never even makes it to the kitchen. and answer the question no there is no objects under the couch.it has over 3 inches of clearance.
Does both wheels turn properly with the same resistance? It’s possible that the right wheel module is defective or something can be stuck in the wheel.

yes both wheels spin with equal resistance. i blew out everything with compressed air as well. it hangs on everthing from my recliner,end tables, and sofa. it has become more frequent. please tell me what we can do to resolve this issue
