Roomba circling clockwise

Hi there-

Our roomba 560 started circling clockwise. I called iRobot customer service and they suggested replacing the right wheel. We did that and it still circles. If it runs into something (say my foot) it just continues to try and get through. They are very tight clockwise circles… any idea what could be the problem? Advice?!

Hi Lexi,

The problem can be caused by the motherboard, if you have already replaced the right wheel module.
Unfortunately, we do not have this part in our catalog.
