Roomba CHM Bearing Mod Part Numbers

I have a bunch of Roombas that need various repairs with the CHM bearings being first. It seems it just the small idler gears that strip. Anyone know where to get just these gears without buying the entire gear set?
I’ve also been reading about the sealed bearing mod to the CHM to seal them up. I know VBX sells them, but anyone know the part numbers and sizes I need to perform this mod? Most of these cleaners are 4XX and 5XX series.

I had the same dimensions except for your 17x23x4. I had 15x21x4?
Anybody have the part numbers for these bearings?

Well, I ordered all of these bearings to a tune of $60, and not one of them fit! I have the 4XX series Roombas. Anybody have the correct bearing numbers for these early Roombas

We do not sell the replacement gears for Roomba at this time. But, if you are looking into installing the ball bearing mod on your Roomba 500 series, customers usually use the following bearings sizes:

17 x 23 x 4 mm
10 x 15 x 4 mm
6 x 10 x 3 mm

You will need to make the holes slightly bigger with a dremel or similar tool in order for the bearings to fit.

For the large brush the 15x21x4 will also work without issues.

We unfortunately do not have the bearing numbers but, maybe another forum member who has performed the modification will help.
