Roomba 400 - Blocking on place at start up

Hi,
My roomba 400 is no longer working. Serial number is JEN408010912090800819.
The symptoms are that it just goes front fractions of inches and jerk back, turn around and do the same thing on many angles, as if it was hitting a wall all around him. Then stops the motors. Ring twice the two-tones melody, then stays there, green light on, blinking.

Shaked sideways the front bumper,
Blown away any dirt,
Front pivoting wheel rolling free vertically and on its axle,
Tractive wheels not blocked.

Is it front wheel that is defective, or the front bumper ?
I can buy one or the other on internet, but need to know which one to replace.

Maybe I can take it to your office in Mirabel, Qc, Canada ?

Is there any beeps after the two-tones melody?

It seems the problem you are experiencing are caused by the bumper sensors.

Unfortunately, we only repair robots that were purchased with us.

We would suggest you to replace the bumper sensors on the motherboard, or replace the whole motherboard completely.
