RobotShop Support: Which product is out of stock on my order?

If your order has been placed already:

On your order confirmation email please take a look at the column ‘‘status’’ which will indicate if the item is in stock or not and will provide a expected arrival date.

Please note that when we receive new inventory, we ship all awaiting orders within 24 hours. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to inform you.

If your order has not been placed already:

When a product is out of stock, it displays the New Stock Soon icon. You may place your mouse pointer over that icon and wait 1 or 2 seconds, a popup with the estimated arrival date will appear. Please note that the estimated arrival date can change and is based on the information we currently have. This date is not a guaranteed date. We update the information frequently and do our best to keep it up to date.

Our normal lead time for most products is 1 to 3 weeks (can go up to 4 weeks for special orders). Please note that we check our stock status frequently and we receive new stock every day so we should receive more units shortly. In fact, it is probably already on its way here.

If you would like to make sure you do have all the products you need and the quantity you need in a timely manner, we suggest to place an order. From the moment we receive your order, it is placed in a priority sequence and taken into consideration with our next order. We make sure all orders are processed as fast as possible. You will not be charged until we ship your order (unless you pay with PayPal).
