RobotShop Support: What to do if my product is defective?

If you believe a product you ordered is defective or not working properly and that you need to return it or exchange it, please provide us with the following information:

(1) Your invoice or order number and the product code of the defective or product(s).

and

(2) The reason you think the product is defective. Including information about how the product is used and what the malfunction symptoms will dramatically accelerate the problem resolution. Feel free to include pictures or diagrams (such as circuit diagrams for electronic parts).

Once we have assessed your situation, we will be able to either (a) solve a technical problem you might be having, or (b) to exchange a defective product by providing you with an RMA number and further instructions on how to proceed.
