RobotShop Support: My order has not been shipped yet / still pending. Why?

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours Monday to Friday. If you order during the week-end, your order will be shipped the following Monday.

Here are the reasons why your order could be pending after 24 hours.

  1. Your order contains back-order products. Please check your order confirmation email. If the status column of a product indicates new stock soon it means that this product was not in stock at the time of your order. Our normal delay for most products is 1 to 3 weeks. Under the new stock soon icon, you will also see an expected arrival date for this product.Special order items usually take 3-4 weeks. Please note that we check our stock status frequently and we receive new stock every day so we should receive more units shortly. In fact, it is probably already on its way here. If you want a more precise date, please contact us via our support center.

  2. Your order may need to be checked by the security department or your payment was declined. Most orders are checked/processed the same day but it could take a couple of days for some orders. We need to check that the address you provided matches the one on your credit card statement. If we are unable to check it with your bank, a small amount will be charged on your credit card and we will ask you to confirm that amount. Please check your emails and phone messages often. If the security department needs more information, they will contact you.

  3. You asked for USPS. Orders shipped with USPS are updated several days after the shipment.

  4. You choose Money order or Wire Transfer as a payment method. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive the payment. We are therefore probably waiting for your payment. If you have issued the payment already, you may contact us and we will make further verifications
