RobotShop Support: I need a product that is out of stock. Will it be in stock?

When viewing products on our websites, you will notice an icon that describes the stock status of products (In stock, New Stock Soon or Special Order).

When a product is out of stock, it displays the New Stock Soon icon. You may place your mouse pointer over that icon and wait 1 or 2 seconds, a popup with the estimated arrival date will appear. Also, when adding a product to your cart, you will see a blue question mark indicating new stock soon and the expected arrival date according to the information available at the moment.

Our normal lead time for most products is 1 to 3 weeks (can go up to 4 weeks for special orders). Please note that we check our stock status frequently and we receive new stock every day so we should receive more units shortly. In fact, it is probably already on its way here.

If you would like to make sure you do have all the products you need and the quantity you need in a timely manner, we suggest to place an order. From the moment we receive your order, it is placed in priority sequence and taken into consideration with our next order. We order quite frequently from each of our manufacturers even though no clients are waiting. We usually place our orders even faster when a client is waiting. We make sure all orders are processed as fast as possible. If our order is already placed, unit(s) will be reserved for you. You will not be charged until we ship your order (unless you pay with PayPal).

You may cancel it later (if not shipped) at no charge.
