This is great, except that it takes a ridiculously long time to get the package from A to B. I’m still waiting for an item I ordered 9/27. Straight USPS is much faster, and not very expensive if the item is small.
We appreciate your feedback on this matter and will take note of it. We are always working hard to ensure our clients satisfaction with the transport carriers that RobotShop works with for the shipping of our parcels.
For future orders, we strongly suggest choosing UPS ground service. It may be a little more costlier, however the tracking information and the delivery delay are much more efficient.
