Robots for industrial cleaning

Dear Community,

I am the Chief of a french local Administration (300 employees) who drives a Digital Project.

Therefore we are searching for a robot for industrial cleaning.

We have found many for hoovering but none for complete cleaning, including washing.

So I would like to ask this Community if you know if its kinf of robot exists now or is still in R&D.
