My newest robot will be a large concrete block hollowed out with two motors and a Sabertooth 60-amp controller to move it around a large patio area. Sounds a little odd I know but we need a large umbrella to move around and it’s a constant fight with the sun. Because of living on a mountain we need weight to hold the umbrella.
I built the concrete block, looks great and with some motion control it’ll be great.
Normally I’d use a RC to control the Sabertooth but this might be better with a wired controller. I’ve never built one for a Sabertooth.
I’d like to control the Sabertooth with possibly one joystick.
Please help.
