Robot3 not rotating

I have accidentally over filled my robot 3 cat litter box
Now the blue light flashes and when I press reset it’s goes to yellow flashes constantly and nothing happens

Please provide us with your order number or a copy off the invoice.

Have you tried to clean the DFI sensor (plastic brackets + 2 circuit boards)?

This video will help you locate them, you can clean them with an air blower or a dry Q-Tip, and finally, by rubbing the isopropyl alcohol on both the DFI sensor boards:

You also need to check the Anti-Pinch pins in case they were corroded and needed cleaning or replacing.

If you don’t want to do any of these steps, you can skip them and send us the robot to be repaired under the warranty instead.
