I met a guy at the airport a month or so ago who works for a company inspecting big power generating windmills. One of the difficulties they have is inspecting the insides of the windmill blades for microfractures. I suggested a little tethered robot to do the inspections. Something like this with a HD camera and a light source would probably work.

maybe they could use a bot similar to the one that they used to inspect the Great Pyramid recently.
