I have a Thymio (RB-Mob-01) that does not appear in any of the Thymio Suite apps when connected to a computer via USB. I’ve tried with both Mac OSX Monterey and with Windows 10, and the robot never appears on the App menu and “Program with Scratch” (or any other app) is always greyed out. I suspected this could be a firmware issue - the robot was purchased in Jan 2021 and worked then with another, now-dead Windows machine. But I haven’t been able to find workable guidance on firmware updating, if that is indeed the issue.
Any advise most welcome!
