i decided to buy
(Jaguar V4 Tracked Mobile Robotic Platform,
Advanced Robotic Manipulator (ARM 3.0) - Closed Loop,
DYN Hand GEN3 Robot Right Hand,
DYN Hand GEN3 Robot Left Hand,
and Inspectorbots 4WD HD Super Mega Bot Robot Platform)
, but before complete the purchase process, i want to know if these items will be provided with the ICD (Interface Communication Document) or Control Protocol, or APIs or not.

Since each platform comes from a different supplier, we’ll answer in sections:
There is no programming - it’s RC only. If you want to make it “programmable” you will need to add additional electronics. As such, no communication protocol or API.
This takes RC PWM signals, so no API or serial protocol.
Yes, this robot is well documented and a full API is available for this robot.
These are controlled using a Pololu RC servo controller. The communication protocol is open and easy to use.
If you’re looking to combine the arm with the Jaguar, the following works better (and for a small additional fee, can come installed on the robot):
The hand however is not meant for any specific platform, so you’ll have some mechanical customization to do.
