I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
Description:
I have a robot cat litter bought from yourselves last year. For some reason when I push the cycle button it cycles approximately 30 degrees clockwise then returns to normal position instead of doing a full anti-clockwise cycle.

Troubleshooting steps already taken:
Tries resetting, disconnecting power, reconnecting power. Only works once after reset then continues to do error.
When the cat sensor is triggered, does the red light come on?
Also, does it cycle counterclockwise during the normal cycle?
If the unit is rotating clockwise, make sure the globe is well installed to its home position before powering up the unit.
My cat litter is two months old. Unfortunately the cat sensor is not triggered properly so after my cats visit it doesn’t cycle automatically. Nor if I turn the machine on and off again or press the cycle button it doesn’t cycle. The box isn’t full so it should cycle. What cal I do to solve this or is this a hardware issue?
