Dear Sir/Madam

I got given your OW1-535 Robotic Arm Edge kit as a present. But when I assembled it a few days ago it didn’t work. Essentially all five motors only work in one direction and the light doesn’t work. Reversing the polarity allows the motors to operate in the opposite direction but they will only ever work in one direction at a time. My dad has looked at the robot and has said it’s all built correctly :frowning:

Please take a look at pages 23 and 24 of the User Manual of the OWI-535 Robotic Arm Edge and check if the wiring is as shown in the manual.
