purchased a RB-Dag-58 Dagu Mini Robots Kit and found that the screwM3*25 will not go thru the Servo horn-2 to complete step 10 in the Hexapod Mechanical Assembly Instructions
You will find similar issues with most small screws being screwed into plastic servo horns. First, check that they are the correct screws, and if they are the correct ones, you have two options:
- use force to have the screw thread itself into the horn
- drill the hole a little so it’s easier to thread.
Even a slightly smaller screw size does not seem to hold well, and the head is not large enough to take the force exerted on it. We apologize for any inconvenience.
