Rios windows 7

I’d like to know if Rios has support windows7.
I use Rios on Xp, but now I’m trying to change my operational system to windows7 and Rios isn’t working fine. When I play a movement, it takes 3 seconds to start.

Hi,

While RIOS does run under Windows 7 and most users have had no issue with it, there are some cases where it seems to behave improperly. Unfortunately, RIOS is no longer under active development and will probably not get updated for better Windows 7/8/10 support.

Please let us know more details if you figure out why this issue is happening (and how to reproduce it) so that other users may learn from your work.

Problem fixed. I downgraded Profilic USB-to-serial Comm Port driver to version 3.4.67.325 and it worked. My windows 7 is 32bit, and now it’s working

We are glad to know the problem was fixed. Since there are so many drivers/utilities combination possible on Windows that could cause issues, it is often very difficult for us to reproduce the exact issue the customers are experiencing (and therefore just as difficult to identify and fix it). We are certain this information will be helpful to other users who may encounter this issue in the near future.
