Hi, I’m making a 17 DOF biped robot from Sainsmart. it came with no instructions at all.
I managed to get it put together from pictures, but have no idea how RIOS works.
Is there a site with documentation and instructions for RIOS somewhere?

You can find information about RIOS here. Here is a direct link to the manual.
Please note that RIOS is considered legacy software and was discontinued a while ago. Therefore, expect minimal support, especially since the last main update was around 2009.
