Hi all. I wrote some sequences and make my AL5A work very well most of the time. However, sometimes for no apparent reason the “play” window will close in the middle of a run and the arm stops. This only happens when I run many sequences one after the other. If I close the “play” window it will not have this problem. Anyone would know the reason?
My RIOS version is 1.06.
Also, sometimes the program will stop with the message “cannot make a visible window modal”.
One more thing, I notice these problems only happen when there is a real robot connected to the computer. If I use the virtual robot, I never have any problem.

It seems the problem is caused by a bug in the serial communication, however, we do not have any specific solution for it at the moment, we apologize for the inconvenience.
