This error usually happens if you used the update available on the Lynxmotion website under Legacy Software. This is not the full software but only an update for customers who had an older install from a CD, many years ago (before 2009).
Please note this software is a legacy software and is no longer support or available (discontinued over two years ago). Replacements include [RB-Dsp-06] and more specifically [RB-Dsp-11], depending on your needs.
