Hi, I just received my AL5C arm and it is fully assemble and working but the RIOS CD that was included does not work. It is showing error code 1309 and I am assuming that the CD is corrupt. Is there any way I can download RIOS be cause I have the key but need to get my arm working as soon as possible. Thanks.
I don’t have Rios, but you might try downloading a new copy off of the web site. The product page for RIOS has links to some different versions of the software: lynxmotion.com/Product.aspx?productID=419&CategoryID=15

As your inital post was on Saturday it is unlikely the Lynxmotion crew has seen it yet. You should get some sort of response Monday as to how to go about resolving your issue.
