I’m going to develop my first motor project. I’m interested on brushless motor but i don’ t know how go choose the right esc. Which motor parameters do i need to consider?

What kind of motor are you looking for and what would be the purpose of them ?
The ESC for a Brushless motor is quite simple if it’s for a small R/C system. You only need a controller that can output enough Amp for the motor unless it will burn.
Give us more information so we can help you… 
I’m working on ebike application. At the moment i have a hub bldc gear motor. I know the motor is a 24V 250W. In attach you can find the datasheet i got. I’d like buy an arduino and an esc to manage this mottor.
Now the question: how have i to choose the esc?

For that kind of motor, you might want to look at our RoboteQ brushless motor controller.
The Datasheet is partly in Asian language but i don’t see any higher than 10A for it. The 1x30A should work for that motor.
