Hello, I finished the installation of AL5D arm kit. When I sent command “#0P1500” through serial port, both the green and the red lights turned off which indicated the command was responded according to the instruction. But there is no response at the pulse pin of the 0 channel as expected. Could you please tell me what the problem is? In addition, there is a demo with FlowBotics Studio. But we don’t know which pins should be used to make the demo work.

First, we need to identify any issue with your setup. Could you please provide us with one or more pictures clearly showing all connections to and from the arm and its electronics, including clearly showing any jumpers (or lacking jumpers) and all servomotor and power connections?
Second, we need to ensure a proper connection. How is your arm connected to your computer? Also, which software are you using to send the “#0P1500” command to the robotic arm?
