RESOLVED-R2 stopped working, yellow light on but no activity

Hello,

I have had my litter robot since 2013 (command #241702), it has been great so far (except a problem resolved by replacing motherboard), however since a few days my robot does not want to work.
Middle yellow lights on and it won’t respond to anything now, button wise, or power cycling. After a few minutes, 3 leds are blinking.

I check all steps in beginner and advanced guide, check cat sensor and put upside down metal part but nothing happens.

Would you have an idea of what’s going on ?

@CorbN, its sounds like a defective motor, you can contact the Support Center for a warranty claim.

So final message to give information about my problem.
I contacted support center, they sent me very quickly a new motor.
After installing new motor everything worked correctly ! 8)
