Reset after Cleaning The Litter Robot is not possible

Hello,
When I clean and reset my Litter Robot, he says to me after one Clean-cycle, That he is already Full. I has restart the Litter Robot, Reset the App, wait a few Hours before i turn him on again. And nothing helps. Can anybody help me please?

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Have you tried to recalibrate the DFI sensor?
To do so:

  • Remove drawer
  • Place hand just left of center and all the way up until it is hitting the globe
  • Press and hold reset button until it flashes 3x, then release.
