Im running an ssc and abb2 with up to 20 servos and i wish to power it using power adaptors to save batterys while testing code. I have a standard 9v 800ma plug adaptor and a 6v 1000ma plug adaptor. Would these be ok to use?
By powering your servos separately the electronics will stay working even if the 6vdc 1amp is not enough. You will be able to determine if the VS is enough by how it acts. I think 1 amp is not enough though. I would try two 6vdc 2 amp adapters, one on each SSC-32 VS terminal.
sounds like a better idea. 
i had my doubt about whether 1amp would be enough. that’s why i asked i guess.
