I have already privately messaged your Community Support Representative here. The DFI Lens is on your website, but the 3 sets of pins are not.
I also have some questions about shipping options (and whether it’s direct-to-home delivery) when your Replacement Department sends them. Will you ship it from either Japan or the U.K. depending on customer location?
