Where can we find the replacement cord for the motor that lift the door of the chicken coop ?? Mine is broken and it seem hard to find the piece

Ohhh my mistake, i shouldnt have use the word cord ( sorry my first language is french :-). ) it is the rope that lift the door that is broken , still cant find where to buy it …
