I would to control it from an home alarm system with a 12v exit.
When the alarm is armed the exit is powered with 12v. can i connect a trasmitter to this exit? If yes, what I have to buy?

We didn’t quite understand how are you planning to use the Wireless Relay.
Do you want to activate the alarm system with the 12V 433MHz Wireless Relay through a 433MHz transmitter ?
If so, the transmitter of the 433 Mhz RF Link Kit is compatible with the 433MHz Wireless Relay.
Or the SeeedStudio 2-Channel 315MHz Wireless Relay Switch also might interest you.

I try to explain better
I have a cable connected with the alarm, when the alarm is activated, the cable has a 12v power.
Now the cable is connected with a 12v relay. I need to move this relay, out of the house and control it with something wireless.

As we mentioned, you can use the transmitter of the 433 Mhz RF Link Kit or a 433MHz remote control to control the 433MHz Wireless Relay.
The 12V supply from your alarm system will be powering the relay board (connected on + and -).
This way, when your alarm is activated, your relay board will be powered. And you can trigger your relay ON and OFF using the 433MHz transmitter or a 433MHz remote control.
