Recommendations for Special Needs day camp

I am the director of a special needs day camp for children with high functioning autism, ADHD and other emotional problems. Many of our campers are brilliant with amazing talents with Legos, computers, etc. Some have programming skills but most have fine motor coordination problems that would require large, easy to assemble parts.

Any ideas?

Can you give us an idea of your budget for each student or each team of students? If you’d prefer to opt for teams, how many students?
Also, you indicate they have experience with LEGO - have you tried LEGO Mindstorms? This allows you to reuse all the LEGO you have and make it robotic.
As far as “large parts” go, we’ll need a bit more explanation before we make specific suggestions. For example, the easiest robots we carry for assembly would be:
