I have a Lynxmotion 400 T-Motor. I notice in MultiWii Config the right rear ESC D3 is
responding slower and not as much as the other ESCs. Is this because the ESC D3
supplies the Quadrino Nano? Is there a way to calibrate the ESC D3 with the
Quadrino Nano attached? Maybe I need a larger ESC.

The signal you see in the MultiWiiConf is the output from the Quadrino Nano to the ESC.
It will always be off when not in flight as the stabilisation doesn’t occur on the ground.
