RE: HSR - 1425CR continuous rotation servo

I noticed the speed said sec/60 degrees 3.1/42
Not sure what that means.
Can you tell me what the revolutions would be per second.
Does it need a control pulse to activate after it’s started?
Thanks, Don

The Hitec 1425CR continuous rotation servo motor can rotate at a maximum of 0.14 seconds per 60 degrees.
Therefore it would take 0.84 seconds (6*0.14s) to rotate 360 degrees (one revolution), or 1.19 revolutions per second.
To convert to RPM, that’s around 71rpm.
