RB-Soy-03 12 V unipolar motor

Dear community,

I am an amateur robot builder with limited knowledge in electrical engineering and I am trying to connect a RB-Soy-03 12 V unipolar motor to my Arduino.
I bought this part from robot shop.
I have attached a photo of how I’m setting up the motor to my board and I feel it vibrating a little but it is not moving.

Do I need to give it more voltage (it is a 12V motor and I’m feeding it 9V but I thought this didn’t matter)?
Am I setting up the wires correctly?

I currently have black/green and red/blue going to the Arduino in pairs and yellow/white receiving power, which seems like the right thing to do based on my very limited understanding of this diagram.

I hesitate to play around with this anymore for fear of causing a short circuit…

Any help on how to wire this product to an Arduino or E.E. tips in general for debugging this would be appreciated!
I’ve tried to look for vendor information but can’t find anything that I can understand :-/

Thanks!!

Hi,

]Do you have clearer wiring diagram/schematic of your wiring ?/:m]
]What is the stepper driver chip you are using to control your unipolar stepper ?/:m]You can find a lot of tutorial on how to drive unipolar steppers using Arduino. Here some examples :
