2- what is the good motor controller that can work with this kit
3- what is the good battery which can be used.

No. Under “What’s Included”: (2) 638280 313 RPM Gearmotors (not included w/ #637184)
That depends on the choice of motor, as well as how you would like to control it (RC vs microcontroller vs Single board computer).
This will depend on the motor chosen (nominal voltage, current required and how long you want it to operate).
