Are these rollers rubber? Several other sites show them as nylon+TPR and I t is item 14101 on all the sites. Robotshop has RB-Nex-95 item 14165 that are same wheels with nylon+TPR for $100 less so assume the 14101 are rubber rollers to justify the extra $25 per wheel. Cheers.
