In item no. RB-Fra-26 (6’’ Stroke 400lb Force Linear Actuator), is it possible to rotate the holes at the edges by 90 degree, so they will be perpendicular to the motor housing ?

That is most likely possible. Just note that such modifications would most likely require a purchase of a large quantity (dozens if not hundreds). That being said, it really depends on the manufacturer directly. If you want to know more about such a possibility, please open a support ticket here. As an alternative, you could simply mount an adapter plate (most likely L-shaped) to connect to the end point. This would probably be faster and simpler than having a modification made to an existing product.
