Hi,

Will this motor go both forwards and backwards? What is the easiest way to put wheels on these, to create a super simple car? Do you sell parts to do that?

Yes, RB-Fit-02 can rotate clowckwise and counter-clockwise. The input is RC PWM and stopped is 1500us.
You would need to operate it with an RC PWM servo controller:

Normally for a small car you might use a DC gear motor:
