Hello. I just received this timer in the mail last night and immediately plugged it in because I noticed that the display was blank and so I need to charge the battery. I have had it plugged into the wall for 24 hours now with the red display light on the top on and it still reads nothing. Is their a certain time it needs to charge or did I get one with a bad battery? Please let me know. Thank you.

Have you tried resetting the timer? There is a reset button on the front of the timer.

It is not uncommon that new timers need to be reset before the clock can be set and the unit scheduled.
